Description:
- Manage the dealership's full financial function.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Oversee general ledger, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure accurate processing of debtors, creditors and cashbook functions.
- Review and approve daily banking and payment processes.
- Ensure accurate VAT, PAYE and statutory submissions.
- Liaise with auditors and assist during annual audits.
- Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer requirements and statutory regulations.
- Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
