What You'll Be Doing Managing the full finance function from A to Z Overseeing month-end and year-end reporting processes Preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Managing cash flow, financial controls, and compliance Leading and developing the finance team Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies What We're Looking For BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Completed Articles Approximately 3 years post-articles experience Previous management or team leadership experience Experience within the automotive industry or a similar operational environment advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident, resilient, and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
