Key Responsibilities: Lead the full financial management function within the hospital. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide operational financial insights to hospital management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Manage reporting, including monthly management accounts and performance analysis. Drive cost management initiatives while maintaining service delivery standards. Partner with clinical and operational teams to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Lead and develop the on-site finance team. Qualifications & Experience: CA(SA) or CIMA completed. 35 years experience in a Finance Manager role. Must have current or previous experience as a Finance Manager within a hospital (non-negotiable).
