Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and consolidations in accordance with IFRS. Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and treasury activities. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and maintain robust financial controls. Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT, PAYE, Income Tax and related SARS submissions. Manage payroll and employee tax processes. Coordinate annual audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed asset accounting. Manage credit insurance, rebates, incentives and insurance portfolios. Strengthen internal controls, governance and financial best practices across the business.
