Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Support and gradually take ownership of delivering an integrated financial accounting and administrative function to the business
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Oversee and optimise working capital, including debtors, creditors, and cash flow management
- Prepare and provide insightful analysis on monthly financial reports for head office
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and internal reporting requirements
- Assist in strengthening and maintaining internal controls and financial processes
- Review balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounts, and journal entries for accuracy
- Contribute to capital expenditure planning and cost optimisation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the finance team, with opportunities to develop people management skills
