FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUDGET DIVISION of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND. Responsibilities You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will participate in the formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. You will review and evaluate budget requests; control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities.
