Financial Inclusion Project Officer

The Opportunity

Monash University is seeking an innovative and collaborative Financial Inclusion Project Officer to drive initiatives focused on reducing financial barriers and enhancing equity outcomes across the student lifecycle. Based at our vibrant Clayton campus within the Access, Inclusion and Success team, you will consult, research, and lead the development of a tailored Financial Inclusion Action Plan (FIAP) in alignment with national frameworks. This pivotal role brings together various student financial support mechanisms and collaborates closely with our Scholarships team to design and deploy targeted campaigns that optimise scholarship acceptance rates among equity cohorts.
