About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of a fast-growing AI infrastructure and cloud computing company with global operations.

This individual will be responsible for building a scalable finance organization, strengthening financial governance, and supporting the company’s growth and capital markets strategy. A key priority will be preparing the business for a potential listing in the United States and ensuring that its financial reporting, internal controls, and governance standards meet US public market requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting a US IPO, preparing a company for a US listing, or holding a senior finance position within a US-listed company. Relevant experience in AI infrastructure, computing power, GPU cloud, cloud services, data centres, or related technology infrastructure sectors is also essential.
