We are currently working with a leading wealth management firm who are looking to hire a Financial Crime Manager to join their compliance team in Dublin. Responsibilities: Supports the MLRO in the delivery of the FC Compliance programme and collaborates with a wider compliance function to participate in the delivery of the compliance plan Manages the delivery of the AML compliance activities within defined metrics and budget and ensures all assigned activities are delivered in accordance with methodology and defined standards Provides FC compliance oversight across the firm, supports the business when they encounter problems and provides advice and oversight in putting things right in a timely and reasonable manner Supports regulatory engagement and provision of regular reporting to senior management and relevant senior committees Manages the team effectively by building a culture of trust, clear communication and accountability alongside setting, tracking and achieving shared goals Re...
