Reed Finance is partnering with a growing manufacturing SME to recruit an experienced Financial Controller. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to join the SLT and play a key part in driving financial performance, governance and strategic growth.
Reporting to the Managing Director & CEO, you will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, leading a small finance team while providing commercial insight and financial direction across a multi‑entity business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management accounts, variance analysis and board reporting
- Deliver budgets, forecasts and financial modelling
- Oversee manufacturing costing, margins and operational performance
- Manage cash flow, working capital and invoice finance
- Ensure VAT, tax, audit and statutory compliance
