As the Controller, you’ll be instrumental in refining RedBlue's finance function for its growing HVAC and mechanical services business. Your expertise will guide month-end closes, internal controls, and project costing, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Collaborating closely with the CFO, you'll take ownership of financial databases and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end close, producing accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with Canadian tax obligations and accounting standards
• Manage cash flow optimization and collections discipline
• Lead project costing and job costing processes
• Drive finance automation and process improvements
