Financial Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly hands‑on Controller to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of a group of marine-based companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the numbers, systems, and processes, while ensuring accuracy across multiple entities.

The Controller will take ownership of full-cycle accounting, support operational teams, and ensure timely and reliable financial information across all companies.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting Operations

• Perform and oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple companies
• Manage AP, AR, payroll oversight, and general ledger activities
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Complete monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements for each entity
