Job Description
Take the lead as a Financial Controller in a prominent food manufacturing organization. This role focuses on supporting multi-site operations through strategic financial analysis and reporting.
As a Controller, you will be integral to the financial health of three plants and two distribution centers, partnering with operations leadership for actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include month-end closes, presenting financial analyses, and driving improvements in operational performance while mentoring the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Collaborate closely with Plant Managers on finance matters
• Translate financial data into strategic recommendations
• Present financial performance to the executive team
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and ASPE
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• CMA/CGA/CA/CPA certification and over 10 years’ experience
