Job Description
We are looking for a
Financial Controller
to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations, month-end and year-end closings.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, IFRS/OHADA standards, and Group policies.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders.
Support operational teams and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or similar.
5 to 10 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/OHADA, GAAP, financial reporting, and statutory requirements.
