Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing health sciences group with regional ambitions and a strong commercial footprint. As part of its next growth phase, the group is currently preparing for an IPO listing, making this a critical and high-impact hire within the finance leadership team.
The Role
This is a senior finance leadership role where you will spearhead the company's IPO journey while maintaining full oversight of group-level financial control, governance, and reporting. You will work closely with the Board, senior management, external advisors, auditors, and regulators to ensure IPO readiness and post-listing compliance.
