Job Description — Financial Controller Location: Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 5–9 years Compensation: ₹7–12 LPA Role Type: Full-time (Founder-facing) Reports to: Founder & CEO About Bhashsms Bhashsms is one of India’s fastest-growing SME communication platforms enabling 1 lakh SMEs through WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS, and AI-powered engagement tools. We are scaling from ₹1 crore → ₹3.5 crore monthly revenue in the next 18 months and aiming for ₹200 crore/month by 2030. To support this growth with strong financial discipline, we are hiring a hands-on Financial Controller who can build airtight systems, control cash flow, and help the company scale safely and profitably.
