Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial controllership, accounting operations, MIS, and monthly/annual financial closures.
- Ensure compliance across statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements while strengthening financial controls.
- Drive budgeting, cash flow planning, and working capital management to support business growth.
- Partner with leadership on financial reporting, business performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead process improvements, automation, and finance SOPs to build scalable systems and controls.
Ideal Candidate Profil
- CA qualification is mandatory with 6+ years of experience in finance and controllership roles
- Startup experience is mandatory, preferably in D2C, retail, or quick-commerce businesses
