About The Role
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Financial Analyst who is passionate about growing the S&T brand through meaningful financial insights to drive action and decision making.
Expense Management & Accounts Payable
- Track and analyze operating expenses across Sweat & Tonic and Silver Springs, identifying areas for cost optimization and communicating findings to relevant teams
- Process all outgoing payments on behalf of Sweat & Tonic, including EFTs, wires, cheques, and e-transfers, following approval policies
- Receive, record, and code all invoices for S&T and Silver Springs, ensuring accurate system entry for smooth month-end reconciliation
- Prepare budget vs. actuals variance reports to identify areas of savings and financial pressures
- Support construction budgeting and expense tracking through collaboration with the Construction team, including inputting and maintaining invoices in Proco...
