Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Stratford, Ontario. In this role, you will help strengthen financial planning, reporting, and analysis by delivering accurate insights that support informed business decisions. The successful candidate will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial close activities while working closely with internal stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Produce monthly financial reporting packages, interpret results, and explain significant variances to support management decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of annual operating and capital plans, and assist in updating financial forecasts throughout the year and over the longer term.
• Reconcile balance sheet and other key accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.
