We are looking for Financial Administrator. In this role, you are responsible at a central level for the control and correct and timely processing of customer orders in our systems. Are you ready to jump into action?
As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. You will play a key role in supporting the finance team and contributing to accurate reporting.
**You successfully fulfil your role by**:
- Ensuring timely and accurate A/P, processing and incoming and outgoing payments
- Responsible for preparing and reconciliation of allocated balance sheet accounts
- Weekly preparation of payment batches and individual payments
- Processing of travel expenses
- Prepare and assist with month end close activities
- Validation of incoming orders
- License distribution and maintenance activities
