Job Description
- Manage payment processes to ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time in line with agreed terms
- Execute regular payment runs and maintain control over outgoing transactions
- Oversee credit card funding and ensure balances are maintained appropriately
- Support ongoing cash flow monitoring to maintain financial stability
- Maintain and update cashbooks on a consistent basis with accurate entries
- Allocate and process financial transactions, ensuring correct coding and posting
- Reconcile online sales with bank receipts to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Process customer refunds efficiently, ensuring compliance with timelines and policies
- Work closely with stores to resolve any refund-related discrepancies or queries
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports on damages, expiries, and price changes
