Finance Team Leader

Key responsibilities: Accounting Through to Management Accounts Financial Reporting & Controls: Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, month/year-end close, and IFRS/SA GAAP compliance. Produce rolling cash flow forecasts and monthly management accounts with variance analysis Order-to-Cash (O2C): Manage invoicing, AR aging, collections, and billing disputes. Lead credit vetting, risk profiling, and bad debt provisioning Accounts Payable & Assets: Approve supplier payment runs, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation postings Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and allocate workloads across a small AR, credit, and accounting team to meet critical deadlines Governance & Auditing: Implement internal controls, ensure POPIA data compliance, and partner with internal/external auditors Candidate requirements: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (essential) Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, AR management, or credit control P...
