Job Description
**Finance & Tax Intern**
**Location:** Shanghai
**Department:** Statutory & Fiscal (S&F) / Finance
Key Responsibilities
+ Support day-to-day finance and tax operations by processing and organizing invoices, payment requests, reimbursement documents, and other supporting materials.
+ Assist with data collection, consolidation, validation, and maintenance of financial records and trackers.
+ Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel and other finance tools.
+ Support documentation preparation for audits, tax filings, internal controls, and compliance reviews.
+ Maintain accurate filing and archiving of finance and tax documents.
+ Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and Tax team as needed.
Qualifications
+ Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field.
+ Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
