Finance Supervisor

Location

Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. On‑site (5 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Support the financial planning process of the plant.
• Prepare trend analysis by product line compared to production levels.
• Assist in preparation of the Annual Operations Plan (AOP), forecast, Pulse, and R&O.
• Finance support for productivity projects (materials and labor‑hours).
• Responsible for automation projects, dashboards creation with KPI.
• Finance MDI, MCR, and VSA activities.
• Provide real‑time ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Automate reporting and create dashboards.
• Work with Tableau, Dataiku, and other systems to improve finance processes.
• Prepare financial records for specific business units/areas according to production volumes.
• Compile financial information for business reviews.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities by reviewing top GL accounts and performing Vallen analysis. ...
