Job Description

The Employee will:

• Lead the migration and change management activities within CGS and in coordination with partner OpCos and provide status update and reports related as required by management, including M&A related set-up and transition.
• Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of performance SLA and KPI for all workstreams in collaboration with Operations Managers
• Support CGS Director in managing governance processes and ensure compliance is in place for CGS processes including Tax Governance and Record Management compliance
• Supervise ESG services, Process Excellence, and HR partnering activities including maintenance of WeCulture program
