This role is a 20-month maternity leave contract based in Langley. The position requires a designated CPA with over four years of relevant accounting experience.

About the Position

Reporting to the controller, the Finance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the full general ledger, preparing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end journal entries for controller review, handling accounts receivable activities such as invoicing, collections, and posting incoming payments, completing monthly bank reconciliations and preparing supporting schedules for review, running bi-weekly payroll for staff and monthly payroll for board members including deductions, remittances, and related reporting, managing accounts payable processing including payments and required remittances to industry-related organizations, calculating and submitting statutory payroll remittances (CRA, MSP, Statistics Canada, PSPP, and others as required), preparing and filing GST returns ...
