2-5 years of experience in Finance roles such as GL accountant, R2R / P2P specialist or financial controller.
Ability to navigate financials through the key controlling and finance reports (e.g.: BS, P&L, CF tables), particularly in the context of banking financials and regulatory reporting.
Good level of understanding of the financial close, consolidation and reporting processes
Good understanding of controlling functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and profitability analysis at various levels (branch, product, customer). Ability to perform variance analysis and provide insights on deviations from budget/forecast.
Excellent data analytics skills, ability to work with databases and BI tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging with senior management.
