Finance Process Transformation Manager

This role requires consulting or advisory experience. We're looking for professionals who have delivered finance transformation for clients, not just within their own organization.

What You'll Do:

• Step into complex finance transformation programs and own the finance workstream from assessment through delivery
• Map how finance processes actually work today, identify the gaps, and design the future-state with clear, prioritized recommendations
• Help organizations figure out whether — and how — to move to a shared services or GBS model, from business case through location selection to implementation
• Build the commercial case for change: outsourcing decisions, consolidation opportunities, and process improvement programs
• Get involved in winning new work — contributing to proposals, shaping RFP responses, and presenting in client orals
