End-to-end procesverantwoordelijkheid (S2C & P2P)
Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige S2C proces en team (Sales-to-Cash / order-to-cash): facturatie, debiteurenbeheer, cash collection, disputes 

Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige P2P proces en team (Purchase-to-Pay): inkoop, factuurverwerking, betalingen 

Borgen van juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van transacties 
Cash & working capital optimalisatie
Actief sturen op DSO, overdue balances en cash-in 

Optimaliseren van betalingscondities en collection strategie 

Signaleren en oplossen van bottlenecks in cash conversion cycle
