An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially focused Finance & Commercial Manager to join a growing business based in North Melbourne.

This hands-on role will oversee the day-to-day finance operations while partnering closely with Operations and Estimating teams to improve financial performance, reporting, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations including cashflow, AP, AR, payroll, and reporting
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and supplier payment schedules
• Oversee invoice approvals, supplier management, and retention tracking
• Manage monthly WIP reporting, job costing, project performance, and margin analysis
