Finance Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial results in line with Group reporting requirements. Provide robust variance analysis, bridges, and clear commentary to explain operational performance. Ensure strong financial controls are maintained in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Support audit processes (internal and external), providing documentation and explanations as required. Maintain and update standard costs for new and existing products, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of changes. Execute and support the annual cost roll, including labour and overhead rate setting.
