As part of their continued development, they are looking for a proactive and organised Finance & Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting their financial administration, day-to-day operations, and the modernisation of their processes.

This is not simply an administrative position. They are looking for a new colleague who understands financial, payroll, and employment administration processes, knows why things need to be done in a certain way, and is able to see the bigger picture. Someone who enjoys taking ownership, works independently, and is motivated to improve and simplify processes.
