The Role:

As our Finance & Operations Associate, you'll work directly with leadership to build the financial and operational foundation that enables Flexion to scale over the next two years. You'll be a key business partner across the organization, translating growth plans into financial models, designing scalable processes, and ensuring we have the operational rigor to support our expansion into the US market and beyond.
