Finance Operations Analyst Ukraine

The person will prepare payment data, make basic checks, identify simple issues, support accounting preparation and help answer courier payment claims.

Must haves

•Basic Excel skills - filters, sorting, totals and simple formulas.

• Attention to detail - carefully checks IDs, bank details and payment amounts.

• Comfort with routine work - ready to repeat the same daily payment tasks consistently.

• Reliability and willingness to work - meets deadlines and follows the agreed process.

• Willingness to learn and ask questions - previous Finance experience is not required.

• Fluent Ukrainian and working English.

Nice Haves:

• Any experience with payments, bank operations, accounting support, billing, payroll or data entry.
• • Experience with lookups or Pivot Tables in Excel.
