Ideal candidate should currently be working as Head of Finance in a foreign entity in Korea
Strong culture awareness-experience can be gained through having worked/studied in different countries or in JV environment
Good grasp of business context and drivers
General knowledge on broad disciplines across systems, insurance, commercial contracts
