Our Client:

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE . The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the finance function of the UAE entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, robust financial governance, and effective treasury management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance and accounting function for the UAE entity, ensuring accurate financial records, IFRS compliance, and timely month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting packages.
• Own all UAE tax and statutory compliance requirements, including VAT filings, Corporate Tax compliance, regulatory submissions, and coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
