Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a fast growing, industry leading business in North Wales, to recruit a Finance Manager. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, business partnering and leading a small team. Responsibilities include: Prepare monthly management accounts for subsidiaries, including variance analysis and insightful commentary Produce and present monthly management packs to operational teams, leading performance review meetings. Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reviews and reconciliations. Budgeting and reforecasting for designated global regions.
