Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts
• Oversee month‑end close processes and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with external auditors and service providers
• Identify process improvements and implement controls where needed
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to leadership

Requirements

• Newly qualified CA(SA) / CGMA – fresh out of articles
• Strong technical accounting foundation with practical experience gained during articles
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited oversight
• Comfortable in a hybrid, part‑time structure
• Somerset West‑based or able to commute without issue
• Excellent communication skills
