Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial & Accounting Operations
Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, month-end and year-end closing)
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports
Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards
2. Project & Cost Management (Construction / Property Development)
Monitor project costing, budget utilization, and work-in-progress (WIP) accounting
Conduct variance analysis between budget vs actual project performance
Support project teams in financial tracking and cost control measures
3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and performance insights for decision-making
Highlight key financial risks and opportunities to management
