Requirements: CA(SA), CIMA, or relevant Accounting/Finance Degree Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles plus minimum 3 years post-article experience Proven management and team leadership experience ( non-negotiable ) Strong tax knowledge, including VAT compliance and SARS submissions Experience within manufacturing, retail, or other product-based industries Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English ( essential ) Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the finance team Oversee financial reporting and month-end processes Ensure VAT compliance and accurate SARS submissions Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls Partner with operational teams to improve business performance Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights If you're a results-driven finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
