Job Description
The Finance Manager leads the finance team and is accountable for all aspects of its work. The role provides leadership across all areas of finance and contributes to a team of experienced professionals delivering a broad range of personalized business services and leadership support to Canlead clients, including financial management, claims administration, and federal and provincial financial reporting. The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring that financial activities are carried out efficiently while maintaining accountability to members and clients.
The Finance Manager is accountable for the delivery of financial management services for both Canlead and assigned client organizations. The role leads a team of finance professionals and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, boards of directors, and client organizations, ensuring strong financial stewardship, compliance, and operational excellence.
