Finance Manager - Funds (East Gwillimbury)

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager – Funds for a 21‑month contract opportunity. The Manager will oversee all aspects of administration and reporting for the client’s fund, working closely with senior finance and investment teams, and is supported by a Senior Corporate Accountant and the Finance Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Fund Administration – Overall responsibility for the administration of all aspects of the fund’s operations, including credit facility management, preparing calls and distribution notices, and handling investor relations.
• Financial Reporting – Timely and accurate preparation of quarterly reporting packages for the fund and feeder vehicles in accordance with Canadian accounting standards for private enterprises (ASPE). Maintain general ledgers, chart of accounts, and process all financial transactions.
