Finance Manager, America & Mexico

Lead the finance function across the United States and Mexico as the single point of accountability to the Global CFO. Manage the financial operation that underpins profitable growth, compliance, and risk management for all North American subsidiaries.

• Tax/tariff compliance: Translate USMCA, U.S. IRS/AMS/ISF regulations to ensure compliance and tax efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the North America sales head and operation head on pricing, capital allocation, and profitability improvement (e.g., cross‑
