• A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing an organization's financial health by managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Developing financial strategies, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports to monitor financial performance and guide decision-making.
• Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and projections to present to senior management or stakeholders.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensuring efficient management of cash flow, investments, and working capital to meet operational needs.
• Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, including maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
