Finance Management Lead for Development Projects

Asian Development Bank seeks a Financial Management Officer for the Pakistan Resident Mission in Islamabad. You will deliver operational FM services, lead due diligence for projects, and coordinate FM assessments, reporting and covenant compliance.

You will also support FM systems strengthening and knowledge sharing across teams. The role requires 8+ years in financial management, IFRS/ISA expertise, and strong English communication.
