Overview
Enterprise RTR Finance Lead - temporary. The Enterprise RTR Finance Lead is responsible for leading Record‑to‑Report (RTR) process rationalization, simplification, harmonization, and governance at the enterprise level as part of the ERP transformation program. This role partners closely with the ERP RTR Director, PMO Manager – Enterprise, and the RTR Global Process Owner (GPO) to design future‑state RTR process models, establish governance frameworks, and support policy and process changes as required. The role serves as a finance and accounting transformation leader, responsible for driving RTR initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring global consistency, scalability, and compliance across finance processes.
