Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full F&I process from finance application to vehicle delivery.
- Structure and submit finance applications to financial institutions.
- Present and sell finance, insurance, warranties, maintenance plans, and value-added products.
- Achieve finance, insurance, and profitability targets.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with FAIS, NCA, and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance houses, and insurance providers.
- Maintain accurate records using the Signio platform.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- NQF qualification (minimum 120 Credits).
- FAIS Compliant and Fit & Proper.
- RE5 qualification.
- Registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCA). <...
