Job Description of Finance executive – based in SG
Responsibilities- Support Singapore sites on finance tasks:
- Supports the Site Managers on day-to-day Finance tasks
- Provide backup support in raising client POs, assisting the Operations team to ensure all purchase orders are prepared before work begins
- Tracking of Sodexo expenses incurred and ensuring payments to vendors are timely
- Monthly reporting and analysis of revenue, cost and profit
- Timely billing and collection of payments from Client, and escalation of collection issues
- Supports budgeting process, quarterly forecasts and plans
- Other coordination with Client’s team
- Invoicing and Reconciliation: Supports the Sodexo Country Operation & Finance teams to drive accurate and timely invoicing (reduce unbilled revenue as much as possible)
