Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, key responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.Lead and manage the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.Monitor and manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk.Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and efficiency.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the board and stakeholders.
