Due to continued growth and a strong volume of live roles, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sourcing & Delivery Consultant to support their recruitment operations remotely from South Africa.

The role

This position focuses on candidate sourcing, engagement and delivery across active UK-based mandates. You'll work closely with the wider recruitment team to build pipelines, assess candidates, and deliver high-quality shortlists into live roles.
